  Parked up for the night at 5.30 pm, everything fine. Got up 1.30 am needed to use facilities only to find doors locked and told by the cashier facilities not available due to the fact that he had cleaned them an hour ago. I was appalled, I could understand if he was by himself but there was another operative on duty with him. I will be emailing BP head office to complain.
