  Where to start..After the tragic loss of my daughter and at the recommendation of a professional, we chose Averil Phillips and family to help us in our time of need. My son had to make arrangements from overseas as at age 81 it was beyond me. I received regular updates and it was obvious early on that we had made a most excellent decision for the care of my daughter. Under the circumstances I was so releaved knowing she was in the best of hands. Visited the chapel of rest to say a personal goodbye and met Tim and Averil who could not have been more caring or attentative to me and my elderly ways. I specifically remember my son saying how it was great that we could get a park directly outside the main entrance and they also had their own private car park. Made access very easy and relatively quick for a little old lady who requires walking aids.
  
  The ceremony was intimate, emotional and very well carried. Tim was there with his pall barers and the celebrant who gave my daughter the best of send offs. After the ceremony, Tim had some comforting words and kindly walked me back to the car with my son. Very gentlemanly and extremely professional in all respects!
  
  Dear Averil & Tim - I would like to openly thank you both, and your colleagues publically for surpassing our expectations. Your patience, understanding, care and professional council was incredible.

  Couldn't ask for more when my dad passed away unexpectedly, Caring, compassionate I couldn't have asked for more when they took care of Dad and guided me through a very difficult time Thankyou my dad would of been proud.
